Judd Volk has been active in commercial real estate finance since 1989 and has been a member of GCP Capital Group since 2000. After spending many years as a successful commercial mortgage broker, Mr. Volk transitioned into executive management in 2014 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
In his role, Mr. Volk oversees the day-to-day operations of GCP Capital Group and is responsible for the financial management, strategic planning, and administrative functions that support the firm's continued growth. He also manages the real estate investment activities of the firm's principals and works closely with senior leadership on business development, financial analysis, and long-term strategic initiatives.
Education:
University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.
Professional Affiliations:
Licensed Real Estate Broker, State of New York.
Outside of the office, Mr. Volk enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and following real estate, finance, and technology trends.
