Adam Brostovski serves as a Managing Member at GCP Capital Group, where he is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing commercial real estate financing transactions across a broad range of property types. Mr. Brostovski works closely with property owners, developers, and investors to secure customized financing solutions tailored to each client’s investment objectives and capital needs.

Since joining GCP Capital Group, Mr. Brostovski has been involved in the successful placement of financings for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and development properties throughout the United States. His experience includes acquisition financing, refinancing, bridge loans, construction financing, and permanent debt placement involving banks, agency lenders, debt funds, life insurance companies, and private capital sources.

Mr. Brostovski is recognized for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and hands-on approach throughout every stage of the financing process. He works closely with clients from initial underwriting and loan sizing through lender negotiations, due diligence, and closing coordination to help ensure efficient execution and successful outcomes.

In addition to his transaction responsibilities, Mr. Brostovski remains focused on developing long-term relationships with both clients and lending institutions while continuing to expand GCP Capital Group’s presence throughout the commercial real estate finance industry.

Mr. Brostovski is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he holds membership in the Young Mortgage Bankers Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and the Real Estate Lenders Association. Mr. Brostovski graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1984 with majors in Political Science and Spanish. In addition, Mr. Brostovski was a practicing attorney for 4 years after graduating from St. John’s School of Law in 1987 and became a member of the New York Bar in 1988.
