Adam Kaplan, Esq.
Adam is a graduate of Touro Law School, located in Central Islip, NY, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Adam started his career in Real Estate by representing clients in a legal capacity, negotiating commercial and residential real estate purchase, sale, lease and loan agreements. At C&W, his team was responsible for negotiating in excess of 9 million square feet of real estate transactions for clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
At GCP Capital Group, Adam is positioned to assist professional borrowers with maximizing the value of their real estate assets via leveraging. Given his background and experience, Adam has a firm understanding of the working mechanism’s involved in commercial real estate transactions making him uniquely qualified to assist with any commercial borrowers needs.
Adam lives on Long Island with his wife Sara, who is also an attorney, and their two daughters. When he is not assisting owners with leveraging their assets, he is likely to be found either boating, golfing, volunteering for childhood cancer related charities or playing with his girls.
